All livestock we have a 24 hours live arrival guarantee. If livestock is D. O. A. You must notify us by phone or email immediately to receive a store credit for the exactly amount of the purchase excluding shipping and packing charge for your next order. However if the livestock was D. O. A. the delivery package was late then we will also credit shipping charge. Credit card refunds are not issued. All D. O. A. livestock will require you to send photos to Support@colorfulcoral.com within 5 hours. Otherwise our guarantee will be void. We reserve the right to ask you to send back the dead specimen via usp priority mail. You or someone else must sign for your shipment on the first delivery attempt. Otherwise our guarantee will be void. Please do not refuse a shipment even if package is late or appears to be damaged. Colorfulcoral.com will not be responsible for the loss due to delay from overnight carrier caused by weather conditions or mechanical problem. All WYSIWYG ( what you see is what you get ) items photos are taken from a top view under 400w 20k lamps with digital camera. Pictures accurately represent the items in our holding tanks. We do not digitally enhance the photos of coral in order to make them look better color. We can not guarantee an exact color match in your tank due to shipping stress, water quality, tank water parameters and different lighting. Your tank must be fully cycled and you must adequately acclimate all animal.
